There were a lot of steps, all three were polite and very respectful. There is no way we could have done it without them. Josh and his crew were the best, could not have ask for more. They were courteous, friendly, efficient, polite, careful, and fast. We were very pleased with them.
The only problem I want to mention is that I was not made fully aware of how charges are incurred. I was never told that there time starts when they arrive and stops when they were finished. I could understand that if they were doing one stop, but we had 2 stops and was surprised when we were charged during this time and also charged for one hour travel time and also a fuel charge. They should be more detail in their quotes and let you know exactly how charges are determined up front.
But the guys did an excellent job.

College Dudes recently assisted us in moving my step father from an assisted living facility in North Carolina to an assisted living facility in South Carolina that could provide advanced care as his condition had progressed and he is now confined to a wheel chair. Two young men arrived at the scheduled time and promptly started loading the truck. Every thing had to be timed perfect as he was being moved in a handicap equipted van and his furniture needed to be at destination in South Carolina to meet the van. Both young men were very profesional, courteous and knowledgable. They completed the move on time and his furniture was set up and in perfect condition. Dispatchers at “College Dudes” were very helpful in keeping us up to date on every movement before arriving and during the move…..Should I need help moving myself or a family member again, I will be reaching out to the College Dudes..!!

When moving cross-country, my boyfriend and I initially hired a different moving company…they were a complete nightmare.

We subsequently contacted College Dudes to help finish our move job and they were great. We had to (last minute) switch dates and locations due to unforeseen circumstances and they were very accommodating.

When I first called I was very stressed about booking my move because it was last minute but Ricky assisted me and I felt comfortable booking with this company he told me what to expect and how the guys would move my furniture! The move went well. They sent 5 guys (one was being trained so no charge for him) and two trucks. We needed it, because we needed them to empty a house and a storage unit. Shawn was the person in charge and he was very professional and hard working. All of the movers worked hard all day. They did ding a few walls in the house we were moving out or and scratch the floor in a few spots, however, if we did it our selves there probably would have been more scratches and dings. They showed up at 9:15 am and worked at the first house till about noon clocked out and met my husband at the storage unit at about 1:15pm then came to the new house for about 2.5 hours. We were happy with the speed and the service. They did not wear masks and I did not ask them to because of the work that they were doing, however, it would have been more comforting if they did. I would recommend this company the move set up was very easy, mostly online and we had reschedule twice and there was no fee. Make sure to remember to tip we gave each mover $60 (not included in the approximate coast of service). They worked hard and Shawn kept everyone on task.

College Dudes Help U Move was AMAZING. They were fast, professional, and careful with all of our furniture. They were even super accommodating my neighbors.
